All debts and claims of the former company will be inherited by Jin Sanjiang (Zhaoqing) Silicon Material Co., Ltd., and all contracts and orders signed under the former company name remain valid.

Our company’s bank account has been changed, and the new account is now officially in use. To ensure the security of funds, please confirm with the relevant departments and personnel before making any remittances.

The company’s tax invoice information has been updated as of December 27, 2019. All suppliers are requested to issue invoices according to the updated tax invoice information from now on.
